Schedule a meeting with one of our sales coordinators to talk about your specific dreams for your new home - They will arrange to meet you at the office or one of our view homes.

Come by the office to go over the details of your new home. We will work together to complete your reservation agreement and discuss all the important aspects of your new home.

We provide a free customised design service to personalise your home according to your specific needs, and we can schedule a visit to Modenza - our exclusive kitchen and bathroom showroom.

We will provide you with an estimated start and end date for your new home; these dates maybe subject to change. You will receive an update approximately 8 weeks before the handover with an entry date, followed by a confirmation 4 weeks prior to your entry date.

Today is the day! The paperwork will be finalized, and you will meet a member of our sales team who will hand over the keys and guide you through the handover process, sharing essential details about your new home.
