Claymore Homes is recruiting for a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer based at its Mintlaw head office.

The Role

A unique opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Modenza Interiors as Kitchen and Bathroom Designer.

Forming part of our kitchen and bathroom team you would be meeting with our customers to go through their layouts and design of their dream kitchen and bathrooms.

Responibilities

• Guiding customers through the design process with a good knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products and industry standard sizes etc.
• Ability to use our Design software program for producing layouts and 3D room layout models.
• Providing customers with quotations and costings once designed.
• Finalising designs and prices with customers
• Placing purchase orders with suppliers
• Regular meetings with supplier representatives
• Review of showroom displays and latest market products
• Liaising with kitchen fitters and Claymore Homes construction/design team.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role.
