We are seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

- The position is full-time

• Salary is open for negotiation
• Preferably, the candidate should hold a degree
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required
• Previous experience in housebuilding would be advantageous
• Proficient in using Excel and cost reporting software
• Must have a sound construction knowledge and possess an analytical mindset
• Responsibilities include preparing subcontracts, valuations, targets, cost reports and reconciliation of valuations.
